Mira hopes to use this Privacy Policy to explain to you how Mira collects, uses, stores and shares this information when you use Mira's services, and how Mira provides you with access, update, control and protect this information. Information you choose to post and/or publicly display
You can post your photos, voices or other materials on our Products and share them with others within/through our Products. The material you post will remain under your control, and you will still have the choice whether to post, display or remove the material.
Log information (log)
When you use the product, Mira's server will automatically record the activities and related information you create. This log information may include: the links you clicked on our products, the video streams you watched, the date you entered the webpage and the time you spent, product features and other statistics and small text file information. We may also collect information from your interactions with our products to understand your interests, customize and improve our products and features.
Information you submit .
Information you submit to communicate with us, for example: email address, name and other information you provide when you provide us with comments about our applications and services through our feedback channels. You may also provide us with other data, for example by synchronizing your address book data. If you choose to import your address book, we will receive your contact information. If you synchronize your contacts with our "Service", we will collect your address book information and help you continue to expand your network of contacts by recommending contacts to you and other members. You do not have to post or upload Personal Data, but this may limit your ability to expand and interact with your network through our Services.
Information from others .
Others may sync their address books to our Service. We receive when others import or sync their address books to our Services, associate their contacts with members, or use our Services to send messages (including sending invitations or friend requests) Personal data about you (including contact information).
Your IP address and location information .
When you use products to provide more specific features or services, we may collect your IP address or GPS (Global Positioning System) information. Information from other sources: We may receive additional information from third parties and sources outside of Mira services. For example, we may obtain additional information from the services you use or social media networks (such as Facebook) that you have given us access to. When you access Mira Services through a social media network or connect Mira Services to a social media network, you authorize Mira to collect, store and use such additional information and content in accordance with this Privacy Policy
Device identifiers, such as your operating system, browser type, mobile device make, model and serial number, Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile operator, screen resolution, language settings, IMEI number, IMSI number and media access control address; Information about your access to and use of other applications; Other location information, such as information based on your SIM card;
Mobile Advertising Identifier, which is used by mobile operating systems and may be used by advertising providers to collect metrics for mobile applications (IDFA by Apple or AAID by Google) to help us and advertisers serve ads that may be more relevant to your interests. ;

You can request to opt-out of allowing us to send you push notifications at any time by adjusting the permissions in your mobile device.

You can change your information, including access your information, correct or update your information, or delete your information, by editing your profile within the Application.
The laws of certain jurisdictions grant Mira users specific rights, which are detailed in this section. Subject to applicable law, you may have all or some of the following rights. We will respond to your request as soon as practicable, consistent with applicable law, and usually within one month, after appropriate verification procedures. Your exercise of these rights will generally be free of charge, unless we determine that there is a fee to be exercised under applicable law.

We will review your request and inform you whether your request is applicable to relevant laws and regulations.

Mira is not intended for children. You must be 18 years or older to use our Services (or a higher age if your country requires you to use our Services without parental consent). Subject to applicable law, in addition to meeting the minimum age requirement to use our Services, if you are not old enough to have the authority to agree to our Terms in your country, your parent or guardian must agree to our Terms on your behalf. All accounts of users under 18 years of age will be terminated. In accordance with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") in the United States, we will delete the information in our database once we discover that the information collected came from a child. If you are proven to be a user engaged in child abuse, your data may be shared with the relevant law enforcement agencies. We will retain your personal and other information for as long as you maintain your Mira account.
Personal Center > Settings > Account Security > Cancel Account in the app at any time , or send an email to request deletion of your account. Following our appropriate review of such a request, we will delete data that is not required to be retained for regulatory, tax, insurance, litigation or other legal requirements. For example, we retain location, device and usage data for as long as is reasonably necessary for these purposes; while retaining such data, it may also use it for safety, security, fraud prevention and detection, and research and development purposes. In some cases, we may not be able to delete your account, such as if there is a balance on the account or an unresolved claim or dispute. Once the issues preventing deletion have been resolved, we will delete the account as described above.
If necessary, we may also retain certain information for safety, security and fraud prevention purposes. For example, if we deactivate a user's account due to unsafe behavior or a security incident, we may retain certain information about that account to prevent that user from opening new Mira accounts in the future.
